Welcome!
Thanks for visiting us (the Whetstones- Tim, Danielle, Natalie, and Jeremiah). A strange thing has happened to us recently. There's a saying that says, "God comforts the disturbed and disturbs the comfortable". Well, yet again we've been "disturbed".
Have you heard about the beautiful dilemma that exists in the Church right now? We're growing exponentially! It's amazing and exciting how many are experiencing a movement of the Spirit, yet there are still millions who have not been introduced to Christ. Did you know that in the Asia Pacific region alone there are over 100 cities of at least a million inhabitants each with less than 3% evangelical influence?
We've been "disturbed" to be a part of God's work. We hope to BE Christians wherever the Lord places us, through meeting needs, sharing grace, and loving people into the Kingdom of God.
So, how would you like to be a part of something really small which God will make big?
It is a blessing to be serve and we know that God will bring together an even much larger fellowship of people (Acts 2) - just like you - through this network.
There are many ways to partner with us in meeting needs and sharing God's love so please feel free to check out all that is available here on our site and help our fellowship family grow!
Would you like to support the Whetstones?
Truthfully, we really need your help. In order to serve in the Asia Pacific Region it is vital that we have:
PRAYER SUPPORTERS: As the apostle Paul said, "Pray for us also . . . that we may make the most of every opportunity to share the secret that God has made known to us." (Col 4:3 paraphrased) We believe that everything must flow from prayer.
FINANCIAL SUPPORTERS: God has brought an opportunity for ministry our way but in order to make it feasible to live and serve in Asia there are many needs to be met. Some of our immediate ones are; on-site transportation, medical plan, baby supplies, travel, education deficit, and initial housing set-up costs. Our goal is to be on the field for the long-haul. We honestly need any type of financial help possible; one time gifts, monthly, quarterly, annually, etc. If interested, please click on the "Donate" link on the right column of our page.
CREATIVE SUPPORT TEAM: This is "open-ended" in every sense of the word. We encourage an ongoing, emerging dialogue to help us minister creatively, because we need your passionate help. And hey - innovative ideas are always best discussed over coffee (Anybody in the mood for some Starbucks!).
We hope that through this web site, our blog site, Facebook,... the status-quo will be challenged and needs will be met throughout Asia for Christ's glory!

I am in charge of NMI in the Hollywood Church of the Nazarene in Florida. Once month, I teach children church about missions. This month we are talking about Italy and your name is on it. I like to make a power point and I love to find pictures of the places and missionaries. I believed this keep the children interesting about missions and to remember the lesson.
I will take some pictures of your family and I will share then in class. If you are in south Florida look for us. It will be nice to meet you beautiful family. God bless you. In His service judy kiper |

Tim and Danielle,
We saw a postcard of your family at our church and immediatly started to pray for you guys. We so much enjoyed being with you in Alabama and want to hear about how you are doing. Ministry in Santa Rosa, CA is amazing and those "Gas Buy Downs" are still a hit! I connected with Ray at Ray's Food mart-gas station about 3 months ago and the whole family are doing well. They have all taken steps towards Christ he has told me. We will continue to pray for you both. Anything specific? What are your God dreams, we want to pray for those!!!
