As a part of the Church of the Nazarene’s 27th General Assembly & Conventions, the International Board of Education is hosting the International Higher Education Council (IHEC) Conference.  These meetings will be attended by a council composed of the president, principal, rector or director (or his or her designate) of each International Board of Education institution, the regional education coordinators, the education commissioner, the World Mission director and the jurisdictional general superintendent of IBOE. 
The tentative theme for the IHEC Conference is “Worship Together, Learn Together, Work Together: Improving Quality through Sharing Resources.”The IHEC Conference will be held in conjunction with the Nazarene Missions International (NMI) Global Mission Conference and will share in its plenary sessions and regional features.  The IHEC Conference will meet separately for four sessions to discuss issues and concerns of Nazarene higher education.
